1 out of 5 starsMuch of the template does not work properly. (pin it button and such) I had to go in and fix things after I uploaded the template. Not only that, it's added weird lettering to the end of every one of my links, it's very sketchy.....And My traffic has been cut in half since switching.

Hello Carrie, I'm sorry to hear you don't love the template. We actually had a few issue with the image hoster and have helped each and everyone who purchased our templates to re-host the images. However, as I hope you can understand, we are not able to contact everyone ourselves; we have sent precise instructions to everyone who asked for support, which we still provide even if we have moved our shop elsewhere. The template is not really linked to your traffic by any means. Also if you need help with your links not showing properly or with anything else, just get in touch and we'd be extremely happy to help. Thanks for your review, Giada

She even worked through some technical challenges with our already-built template that were beyond her control to make our mobile version look awesome.
